Ashiatsu Massage
Ashiatsu is a massage technique that involves the application
of the practitioner's feet, rather than the hands or arms,
to a patient's body. In Japanese, ashi means foot, and atsu
means pressure; so it literally translates to foot pressure.

Assisted stretching
An Assisted Stretch Session will help to increase flexibility,
correct muscular imbalances, prevent injury and recover
from your workout. Due to either prolonged sitting or over
worked and stressed muscles, people develop excessive
resting muscle residual tension. When you flex a muscle, you
create excessive tension in the muscle for just a moment.
A certain amount of resting muscle tension is necessary to
keep form and posture. But when you have excessive resting
tension, movement becomes difficult and limiting.
Assisted stretching can help re-establish a more ideal resting
muscle tone. It's not just about increasing range
of motion but in making movement more efficient,
effortless, and pain free.

Cupping
Cupping is a combination of massage movements and negative
acupressure with the use of suction device on the skin.
A cup is positioned at the area to be treated and a vacuum is
created within the cup to draw the skin and underlying tissue
into the cup. The suction of the cup rapidly facilitates rigid
soft tissue release, loosens areas of adhesion or restriction,
loosens and lift connective tissue while increasing blood
and lymph flow to skin and muscles. Not recommended for
people with heart and blood disorders. It may leaves marks
that disappear overtime.
